Yuanjing College of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications Visited Chongqing Yishi Technology Group to Expand Enterprise Engagement and Co-Establish an Interview Skills Development Center

To promote the deep integration of industry and education, accurately align with the talent needs of enterprises, and expand high-quality employment channels for graduates, on the morning of April 24, 2026, Yuanjing College of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, in collaboration with the Wushengyuan Counselor Studio, visited Chongqing Yishi Technology Group to carry out a special exchange activity for enterprise visiting and job expansion. They successfully held a signing and awarding ceremony for the school-enterprise cooperation practice base and the joint research and development center for interview ability. Both parties reached multiple cooperation consensuses in the group conference room in areas such as talent cultivation, internship and employment, and technology research and development.

Deep collaboration between schools and enterprises, discussing joint talent cultivation

At the exchange meeting, Xiao Yanmei, Vice President of Chongqing Iridium Stone Technology Group, led Han Jianyu, Director of Administrative Human Resources, He Ping, Deputy Director, and other relevant department heads to warmly welcome the visiting personnel from the school. Vice President Xiao Yanmei gave a detailed introduction to the group's diversified industrial layout centered on digital technology, smart healthcare, and international trade, as well as its technological advantages in areas such as AI big data models, intelligent manufacturing, and smart industry services. She emphasized that with the rapid expansion of the group's business, there is an urgent need for professionals in fields such as business assistants, English translators, and market operations. She looked forward to establishing a long-term and stable supply-demand matching mechanism with the school.

On behalf of the school, Chen Si, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of Yuanjing College at Chongqing Yitong University, introduced to the enterprise the dual-college educational model of "college + academy" and the educational positioning of "cultivating leaders who will become the backbone of future society" of Yuanjing College. She stated that the 14 majors offered by the college, including financial management, electrical engineering and automation, software engineering, data science and big data technology, English, and asset appraisal, are highly aligned with enterprise needs, and both parties have broad cooperation space in areas such as intelligent manufacturing, data annotation, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, employment practice, interview ability improvement, and talent transfer.

Accurately expand job opportunities to promote employment, and jointly build a research and development center to enhance capabilities

During the exchange, members of the school's visiting enterprise and job expansion team, including Fu Haiming (Director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Office of Yuanjing College and studio host), Zhou Yiqiao (Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the Intelligent Engineering College), Chen Rui (Director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Office of the Foreign Language College), and Li Yang (Director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Office of the Intelligent Engineering College), conducted in-depth negotiations with enterprises on matters such as student internships and practical training, precise job recommendations, and joint academic competitions, based on the professional characteristics of their respective departments. The enterprises spoke highly of the comprehensive quality of the school's graduates and expressed their willingness to prioritize providing positions in business, translation, operations, and other related fields. They also expressed their intention to actively participate in the school's employment guidance and innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation work.


To implement the cooperation, both parties held a signing and awarding ceremony on site. Chongqing Yitong College awarded Chongqing Iris Technology Group with the plaques of "School-Enterprise Cooperation Practice Base" and "Joint R&D Center for Interview Ability". In the future, both parties will rely on the R&D center to jointly develop interview ability assessment tools and training courses, systematically enhance students' job-seeking competitiveness, and provide scientific support for enterprises to accurately recruit excellent talents.

At the meeting, the school extended a sincere invitation to Yishi Technology Group, hoping that the company would participate in the school's annual innovation and entrepreneurship competition as a judge, providing support in terms of funding, management, market resources, and technology for college students' entrepreneurial projects. Excellent entrepreneurial projects could be prioritized for negotiation and transformation by Yishi Technology Group. The company side expressed high recognition of this, believing that this move would help stimulate students' innovation vitality and also provide an effective platform for companies to discover and reserve high-quality projects and talents.

This visit to enterprises for job expansion is an important measure taken by Chongqing Yitong University in response to the special action of the Ministry of Education. It is also a vivid practice for both schools and enterprises to deepen the integration of industry and education and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Both parties unanimously expressed that they will take this exchange as an opportunity to establish a normalized interaction mechanism, continue to invest in talent co-cultivation, curriculum co-construction, and technology co-research, help students obtain more comprehensive and higher-quality employment, and inject new momentum into regional economic and social development.
